Sylvia Mason is a voice which helped the 70’s to lure dancers into the disco lullaby sound. The sweet and powerful essence of pure disco is a woman igniting the energy with strength and vibrancy. Her performances in Voyage’s “Souvenirs” and “Let’s Fly Away” are the pinnacle of disco’s mold. “Hello Superduper Star” is from Sylvia’s 1979 solo-project and with the help of Voyage members Slim Pezin, Marc Chantereau and Pierre-Alain Dahan. The track exudes the power that disco music has always strived to create and makes high energy begin its embryonic stage in the early 80s.

I have taken the album version of “Hello Superduper Star” and used the existing elements to bring this ReStructure Mix a tribute to Voyage and Ms. Mason. There are a few new breaks along the way to make those who know the track a bit more imaginative in the movement of their feet!
