"Feed The Flame" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Lorraine Johnson

• "Feed The Flame" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Lorraine Johnson

Lorraine Johnson recorded "The More I Get, The More I Want" in 1977 - produced by Jesse Boyce and Moses Dillard. The LP displayed the early movement of soulful vocals along side the funky disco bass lines, horn and string arrangements. It was obvious that producers and artists were taking their creative energy directly from the dance floor.

"Feed The Flame" is from Lorraine's follow up LP "Learning To Dance All Over Again" - an LP which was disco music in full bloom. It began an outline for many similar productions by both producers and became the signature sound for it's label, Prelude Records.

I have always loved "Feed The Flame" and decided to execute a loose ReStructure Mix taking Lorraine's love song into a new direction.

Dedicated the Jesse Boyce, Moses Dillard and Ms. Lorraine Johnson
