Michael Jackson is a world performer who has taken many opportunities throughout his career to give more than music. He has created gifts for the soul. Much like his talent focused on a deeper look into the world and the good existing within. His love songs always delivered a soulful and exquisite beauty thanks to a vocal style which yearns for understanding. “Rock With You” is from Michael’s 1979 album “Off The Wall” and is one of the great numbers in his repertoire. This sweet and funky piece was written by Rod Temperton and marks a great time for Michael’s solo career.

I have taken the album version of “Rock With You” and the rare instrumental and string versions to rework another groove for this ReStructure Mix. More dub movements are placed to give an underground feel with more mystic. I have reworked the arrangement to bring a new start to this classic piece.
