REISSUE: “Lucky" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Donna Summer Giorgio Moroder was responsible for taking us "from here to eternity" once or twice. This cut from Donna Summer's "Bad Girl" album was always played from the segued 3rd side of the double LP set. I always believed this was the early morning side of Giorgio's synthesizers. They portray an effect of lust, desire and sexy flare. I looped the intro and bridge of the cut to create a lengthier mix - that was all, which was necessary. The cut is flawless along with Donna's extreme vocals in a higher end delivery give that panther-like sexiness we all grew to love her with. Can this song be any more stamped as "disco" as the club mood itself?
