ReStructure Mix Update (1/14/20) “At This Moment” - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Ménage

Ménage is a studio group produced by disco pioneers Warren Schatz (Vicki Sure Robinson, The Brothers, Evelyn “Champagne” King, The New York Community Choir, Viola Wills, Koffie, Cinema) and Eric Matthew (Sharon Redd, Gary’s Gang) and covers tracks that ring out for the dance floor. Their 1983 cover from the Broadway show “Cats” is “Memory” and was one of the big floor packers of the time. “At This Moment” is their third release and a cover of Billy Vera’s track from 1981. This one is similar to the electronic/high energy disco songs of the early 80’s and is helped along by the soft and emotion vocal. It is a mention for the 80’s which still remained a place for disco covers of great pop-songs.

I have taken the 12” vocal and instrumental of “At This Moment” and reworked a new ReStructure Mix with more of the space between the verses and intro to create a more dramatic flair. There is a longer draw on the instrumental and the bongo fills.
