ReStructure Mix Update (6/12/20) “Central Park” - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Martina

Martina is a disco artist from La Drogueria Di Drugolo also known as Kat Mandu Productions and the production team responsible for Tantra (“Hills Of Kat Mandu”, “A Place Called Tarot”) and Lama “Love On The Rocks”, This project titled “Disco Round The World” was released in 1980 and featured several disco tracks with the electronic pulse which became the 80’s merge of Italo-disco and synth-pop. “Central Park” was a single from the album which sounds more like a move on the high energy tracks with a touch of funky guitars and some nice groove breaks. It is an obvious salute to New York’s day and night playground and brings a mysterious feel to life in this track from Martina.

I have taken the 12” version of “Central Park” and recreated a new version for this ReStructure Mix and rearranged the entire son into a new suite. There are a few new breaks using the keyboards and funky guitar work for breakdown and more emphasis on the darker edge of the park.
