Morgana is an Italian disco project from Mirko Dalporto and Maria Teresa Botti (Morgana). “Ready For Love” is their single from 1987 and is a slick love song with the Italian disco flavor pouring out of this cone. It follows the formula as a pop single yet builds with the heavy bass sequencers and celebratory synthesized horns. The song plays out as a love note and gives off a nice resonance with the dance arranged 12” single taking it into the long break and close to the closing where we are given more than we have expected.
I have taken the 12” vocal and instrumental of “Ready For Love” and worked on laying this ReStructure Mix into an extended dub-like arrangement. Taking the bass segments and with some relooping and editing playing out a whole new experience.
