Kraftwerk
is an electronic machine making sounds and rhythm work together in a
new genre of both composition and influence. Their sounds have moved
throughout the early 70s and to current as an outline for synthesizers
and experimental modes. “Trans Europa Express” is from the album by the
same titled released in 1977. It is obvious that the approach was not
only a challenge for a new audience for the time but also an obvious
reflection of music to come.
I
have taken the album version of “Trans Europa Express” and
re-electrified a ReStructure Mix to pay tribute to Kraftwerk and their
genius. A movement in music and the dance genre which continues to
reflect itself in dance history and current trends.
