Center Stage is
a disco project produced by Christine Wiltshire (Poussez!, Musique, Revanche,
Easy Going, DSK) and in the golden disco tradition of strings and lush
arrangements she expresses her true intentions. “Never” is one of the Prelude
singles from the early 80’s with the full disco production and a beautiful
vocal from Christine which brings to mind that obvious stance to be understood
both lyrically and these fantastic vocal layouts. One of my favorite vocalist
here from the 70’s telling us in a way that cannot soon be forgotten.
I have taken the
12” version of “Never” and created a new ReStructure Mix to retell the story
here with more instrumental gusto. The vocal remains intact with a lengthier
show and a few new breaks.
