People Like Us is Paul Crossley, Terry Owen and Cindy Dickinson on vocals. Their classic high energy number, “Reincarnation (Coming Back For Love)” is the focus of this ReStructure Mix and a tribute to the band and this anthem. The piece works in and out of several nice keyboard elements and some beat-box energy. Overall it is an anthem for high energy dance floors and moves like a soaring wind with its beautiful sweeping choruses and drop out breaks.
I have taken the 12” vocal and instrumental of “Reincarnation (Coming Back For Love)” on the classic Passion Records label and transformed this monument into a new extension. This ReStructure Mix adds more of the existing percussion in many new ways to give it some new energy!
