Kim Martin is an Italo-house project from Dora Carofiglio, Giuseppe Nicolosi, Lino Nicolosi & Rossana Nicolosi with Cateno Domenico Nicolosi. The label offering their projects from Italy was titled Selector Records and in 1991 released “Welcome To My Heaven” – a wonderful house number which played out with all of the elements which house music encompassed throughout the end of the 80’s and on to the 90’s. This track is a bouncy bass driven number with plenty of recognizable samples sprinkled throughout the arrangement. Its uplifting feel gives it the immediate draw into its memorizing verses and into the organ guided chorus. It is one of the big underground Italo-house numbers which made it onto hardcore house playlists.
I have taken the 12” vocal and instrumental of “Welcome To My Heaven” and retouched the track with this new ReStructure Mix. More of the instrumental pieces are used to accent this new outline and a few new breaks added for a new depth.
