REISSUE “Summer Love" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Musique
Mr. Patrick Adams composed some of the most memorable disco compositions. His ability to combine lush strings with percussion made an impact on dance floors throughout the 70's. He is truly a master at his art. This studio group that set off a sound which outlined disco at it's best. "Summer Love" contains a chorus that is the most sensual and powerful - featuring the fabulous, Christine Wiltshire and Jocelyn Brown (then Shaw). I have taken the track and split into several parts for this ReStructure. Many familiar with the track may recognize new breaks and loops along the way.
Dedicated to Felix Prince - who always reminded how the strings created a lush orchestral experience.
