REISSUE: "I Feel Disco Good" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - The Ritchie Family

REISSUE: "I Feel Disco Good" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - The Ritchie Family

Ednah Holt, Theodosia "Dodie" Draher and Jacqui Smith-Lee were The Ritchie Family line-up in 1978 for "American Generation" project - produced by Jacques Morali who later created Village People.

This was the period where disco music was underground and evolving into it's innovative stage from years of dance floor participation. It was exciting and very uplifting as the music continued to take over radio and markets.

"I Feel Disco Good" is the segue from "American Generation" and has all of the excitement that The Ritchie Family was intended to deliver. It was a formula that captured the DJs attention and the dancers fascination.

This ReStructure Mix gives the track a new intro and chops and pastes lots of the disco pleasure into a whole new feel.

This mix is dedicated to Hans R. de Vries - thank you for keeping the artists alive with all respect intact!
