“Melody of Love” is Donna Summer’s 1994 track from her “Endless Summer (Donna Summer’s Greatest Hits)” project. Produced by Donna, Bienvenue and Robert Welcome this house piece is another sound blaster from Summer in the 90’s. Her vocal places the song up on top from start to finish. It is a Donna-fan masterpiece when the chorus strikes and leaves us with no wonder why this woman dominated the charts and dance floors for years.
I have taken the 12” “Classic Club Mix” of “Melody of Love” and sliced up a new ReStructure Mix to homage to this “First Lady of Love” and her talent. A riff from her classic “Once Upon A Time” project gives us a slight touch of the classic disco memories and the fade is one of the wonderful Summer moments.
