REISSUE: "Flight To Fantasy" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Linda G. Thompson Linda G. Thompson is a German vocalist who is better known for her vocals with Silver Convention and The Hornettes (with Lucy Neale). Her single from 1975 "Ooh What A Night" is another single that echoes the sound of the funky/disco Silver Convention feel. "Flight To Fantasy" is a single from 1980 produced by Uve Schikora that is an electronic dance piece which reflects the changing of disco music during the period. It is a hard edged rock-feel with a dreamy sound and vocal. Lots of moog synthesizers pounding out the sensual mood of this record. I have taken the 12" inch version and recreated a ReStructure Mix that lends to many moments of the song that have always relayed the message clear. There are many loops and edits to extend the 5 minute original mix.
