REISSUE:“Fire" - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix - Ohio Players Funk was the thang in 1974 when Ohio Players released their raging hit, "Fire" - following the success of their hit "Skin Tight" this track took over the ideal of dance of the time. It was the scorching horns and sexuality on the tracks which brought about dance steps and the need to dance. This created a wonderful opportunity for both funk and disco to become a very strong force. The ReStructure once again is a safe mix that created for a compilation, yet it still holds true to my style and essence for making a classic track come alive again. Dedicated once again to Loulou from The Netherlands in thanks for all she does to set the disco music world on "fire"! Thank you, Loulou.
