REISSUE: “Ain’t Love Grand” - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Hott City Hott City is a classic disco production from 1979 from producer/musicians Jeffrey Parsons and Jeffrey Steinberg – and features a couple of tracks with vocalists Mildred Vaney and Ortheia Barnes who later became Cut Glass (“Without Your Love”) under the same production. “Ain’t Love Grand” is the titled track from the album by the same name and was originally released under the artist Graffiti. It is a fast moving disco number that teases and bends with excitement. Released on the classic disco label Butterfly Records. I have taken the album version of “Ain’t Love Grand” and reedited and reworked a new ReStructure Mix. It features some new percussion and extended pieces of the fabulous keyboard riffs. A disco classic is back!
