Eartha Kitt is a legend in music history. Her unique vocal and sound is one that helped to create a mystique on her aura. Many of her years are spent in an arena of being ‘Eartha Kitt” in her own sense. In 1984 she joined forces with disco producers Jacques Morali and Henri Belolo – better known as Cant Stop Productions – responsible for projects from The Ritchie Family, Village People, The Lovers and Phylicia Allen. This once again camp take on disco music’s lasting edge takes on Eartha in her own formula where the essence is in her sound and reputation. “Where Is My Man” was one of the 80’s club favorites for many reasons and one of them is that is a perfect fit for Ms. Kitt. It is taking “How To Marry A Millionaire” into a new stage. This one will always mark the 80’s disco revival successfully and in its underground self.

I have taken the 12” vocal and instrumental of “Where Is My Man” and reworked a new arrangement for this ReStructure Mix. Playing on the teasing aspect of Eartha’s presence in a new ay with more percussion and loops to create a new groove.
