Passengers is an Italian disco group who began their big spin on dance floors in 1979 with their album “Girls Cost Money” produced by Angelo and Felix Piccarreda – and more notably arranger and conductor Celso Valli (Tantra, Azoto, Nuggets). “Casino” is from their 1981 project with the disco flair of the new electronic dance period of the early 80’s and disco’s reputable chic edge. The fast moving number is a gamblers arena where one spin or dram may change your life. This production again gives Valli an opportunity for a simple disco pump and the vocalists Chuck Rolando, Elwanda Contreras, Gesualdo Arena and Mary Shaw to deliver a chorus for the excitement and thrills of their world.

I have taken the album version of “Casino” and recreated a twist and regathering of the vibes and fast bass plucks in this ReStructure Mix. I have added new percussion and redirected the action in parts to give this one an experience in a new space.
