ReStructure Mix Update (4/15/21) “Double Trouble” - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Diva|

Diva is a session ensemble from prouder, Joe La Greca and arranger Denis Lepage. One of the early 80’s definitive sounds is this energy bolting out over and over. The electronic arrangement of Denis Lepage in the period was his most effective. The horns and strings painted a slight variation to a James Bond flick and the heavy percussion was the new guideline. “Double Trouble” also features Denyse Lepage with her recognizable sweet delivery that is a take on the dance energy itself. One of the great projects on the side and the mood set is one to be dealt with.

I have taken the 12” vocal and instrumental of “Double Trouble” and rejoined the rhythm for another ReStructure Mix. Some new piece open the drama and a percussive challenge sloes it.
