ReStructure Mix Update (6/30/21) “High Energy” - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Timbuli

Timbuli is a Euro-house/techno cover of Evelyn Thomas; 80’s classic, “High Energy” – produced in Germany by Rachid Nouri, Amir Saraf, Mehmet Sönmez and Ulli Brenner. This cover is aimed at the techno dance floor where the beats reave up faster and faster to keep pace with a hopping dance floor. It is quite mild and flowing along with the new vocal from Timbuli which is somewhat buried in the back but adds a new mystique in the new experience. The pulsating beats make this as exciting as the context of the track where the new energy is definitely “high”.

I have taken the 12” vocal and dub of Timbuli’s “High Energy” and reignited it for this ReStructure Mix. There are pieces of the original version produced by Ian Levine and Fiachra Trench to punch up moments of the new remix and pieces of the new version that are extended and re-flashed.
