Nuance featuring Vikki Love is one of the freestyle headliners in clubs during the mid-80s. Their 1984 freestyle classis “Loveride” is one of the most unforgettable beat driven dance tracks of its time. Vocals here are provided by Vikki Love and set the beats on fire all over again as she tells of her deepest fantasy over and over. It is a soulful rendition which gives an open gate to the divas of the time for a challenge. It has always been one of my top plays of the period and still today when I hear that chorus riff I cannot get it out of my head

I have taken the 12” vocal and dub of “Loveride” and pay tribute to the freestyle sound of the 80’s in this ReStructure Mix. It is guided a bit more by the melodic and sexy vocal by Vikki Love and some of the hard beats are softened.
