ReStructure Mix Update (11/16/20) “Show Your Love” - Glenn Rivera ReStructure Mix – Kiwi & Tess
Kiwi & Tess are a sister group from Denmark featuring Anette Wilk Vesteraer and Susanna Wilk Kavåg. Their recording career began in 1988 with the single “Show Your Love” produced by First Productions. This piece is a nice synth-pop dance track that follows tight keyboard arrangement with lots of gadgetry working in the background to keep the rhythm secure. It was one of the big hits in my club for quite some time and always brought the crowd into frenzy into the chorus. Vocals are reminiscent of a Stock Aitken and Waterman sound with the same type of formula guiding it. It is one of the nice pieces of the late 80’s which embodied both pop dance and a club record.
I have taken the 12” version of “Show Your Love” and reedited a new ReStructure Mix which works out the rippling effects in a new arrangement. It has more of the uplifting chorus and also a few new breaks.
